Processing Time
As a small-batch, upcycled fashion brand, each piece is carefully crafted with intention. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently offer domestic and international shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Domestic Orders (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.

• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, and consider selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Sustainability & Packaging
We are committed to sustainability. Your order will be shipped in eco-friendly, minimal packaging to reduce waste.
